1. Select magnet
2. Cut out a piece of sheet metal for the frame.
3. Mark the outline of the magnet on the sheet metal.
4. Cut off the corner rectangles of the grib.
5. Use the magnet to fold up the sides
6. Bend down the 2 end tabs
7. Drill or Punch the screw holes
8. Secure the magnet and bracket to the Underside of a shelf or cabinet.
9. Use the magnetic bracket to hang small hand tools.
