Ingredients:
- 2 Sheets of Puff Pastry, thawed
- 1 cup of Nutella
- 1 Egg, beaten with 1 tbsp of water, this is what makes an egg wash
- Confectioner Sugar
Methods:
1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
2. Lay the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and roll it out about 1 inch on all four sides.

3. Cut the pastry into 4 squares. Cut each square in half on a diagonal. You will have 8 triangles.
4. Place about 1 Tbsp of Nutella on the biggest end. Brush all the edges with the egg wash, and roll them up, making sure to seal all the edges.
5. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and brush with a little egg wash. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. When cooked, sprinkle with confetti sugar as a last, yummy touch!
