Ingredients:
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 3 apples
- 5 tbs sugar
- 2 tps cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 4 cups water
- 3 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs lemon juice

1. Choose fresh apples.

2. Slice the apples.


3. Cook the apple slices with 4 cups water, sugar and lemon juice, boil for 2 min until it is soften.



4. Allow the apple slices dry

5. Ready a puff pastry

6. Slice the puff pastry

6. Mix lemon zest, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together.

7. Spread the mixture evenly on the puff pastry.


8. Put the apple slices on the top of puff pastry.

9 Roll it.




10. Pre-heat the oven at 425F, bake for 25 minutes.
