Ingredients:
- 2 cups Ice cream (any flavour)
- 1.5 cups Self rasing flour
Methods:
- First up, put two cups of ice cream (any flavour) into a mixing bowl.
- Add one and a half cups of self raising flour and mix until all the flour is moistened.
- Place the mixture into a greased bread tin, and place in the oven for 45 minutes at 180C.
- Leave it to cool.
- Enjoy it.
