Ingredients:
  • 3 – 4 cups of strawberries (cut into chunks)
  • Frozen pie crust
  • Pillsbury pie crusts (unless you have a recipe for homemade pie crust)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Sanding sugar
 Set your oven to 425 degrees for 20 minutes and then turn it down to 375 degrees and leave it for another 20-25 minutes or until the filling bubbles and the crust is golden brown.
