materials needed:
clean milk jug 
cheap scissors 
clear silicone adhesive sealant 
battery-powered votive lights
acrylic paint (optional)  

 1. Cut out the the template on paper.

2. Cut the milk jug according to the paper.

3. Stick all parts accordingly.

4. Done :)
