Ingredients:
1. Hash Brown Potatoes
2. Eggs
3. Cheese
4. Smoky Bacon
5. Milk


1. Mix the taters with some oil, salt and pepper.
2. Press it all into muffin cups lined with greased foil liners. 
3. Bake the hash browns for 45 to 55 minutes.



4. Mix eggs and milks.
5. Stir the milk mixture with cheese and smoky bacon.


6. Firmly press the baked hash browns with a spoon. 


7. Add the egg mixture over the potato layer.


8. Bake until the egg layer is set.
